Because the big world is calling us.
We went to visit Angkor Wat Temple twice. After all, how often that we can go back to something as great as this? So we revisited it again on our third day in Cambodia.

KHMER TEMPLES: PART 2 (Siem Reap, Cambodia)

It seems that the more places I see and experience, the bigger I realize the world to be. The more I become aware of, the more I realize how relatively little I know of it, how many places I still have to go, how much more there is to learn. Maybe that's enlightenment enough - to know that there is no final resting place in the mind, no moment of smug clarity. Perhaps wisdom for me, is realizing how small I am, and unwise, and how far I have yet to go. - Anthony Bourdain

We continued to see all of Siem Reap's temple on our second day here in Cambodia. You need at least 2-3 days just to see all the Khmer Temples. Even if you get templed-out or temple fatigue, please try to see almost all of them. Each temple offers different distinctive character that will take your breath away.

We occasionally plan trips around occasions and anniversaries but today happens to be Brock's birthday. To my husband, I am always grateful to be your wife. Every little thing about you makes me so happy that we're together. I love you more than just to the moon and back.

We had longer ways to go, but not matter what... the road is life. - Jack Kerouac
Bayon Temple is the heart of of Angkor Thom. It is a Buddhist temple that is very old, possessed with great beauty and splendor in the Angkor Kingdom. Bayon Temple is one of the famous temple after Angkor Wat.

When you see the magnificent Khmer Temples, you will feel the wonder and magic of how this people from old times constructed this temples with rudimentary tools. It is amazing how much hard work, labor, time and materials has been invested on this. For us, the architecture of the temples in the Angkor Kingdom rivals that of the Great Pyramids of Egypt.

The adventure is the always the journey itself.

Two sides of Siem Reap (apart from the magnificent temples). From the floating villages to the busy streets of downtown Siem Reap. If you are adventurous enough to eat street food, Pub Street is the place for you from street snack, grilled seafood on the side of the road and etc. For the faint-hearted, Pub Street has rows of restaurant that offers Khmer cuisine, as well as Western dishes. This is also where pubs and bars are located, if you are looking for night life.

In the morning, we decided to see the Floating Village at Tonle Sap Lake. We took a boat ride around Tonle Sap Lake, the largest lake in Southeast Asia.
