My dogs taught me simple things - to appreciate a walk in the park, friendship, selflessness, living each day with exuberance and joy, seizing the moment and above everything else, unwavering loyalty.

We got our two loving dogs in 2009 – we rescued Spud (Lhasa Apso) in Qatar and Oreo (Miniature Schnauzer) was bought from a breeder in the Philippines. Since then, we all lived in the Middle East (Qatar), USA (Pennsylvania and North Carolina), Africa (Djibouti) and in Asia (South Korea). Our jet setting little dogs go wherever we are relocated.
Spud (at the top) and Oreo (down below). Spud loves to scooch and sleep all day while Oreo loves to play catch and has a bff cat named Izzy, back in the US. He loves to play with kids and loves to sleep under the blanket.

They love the beach and swimming at Al Wakra Beach - Doha, Qatar
And also a stroll at the park. One of their weekly adventures in North Carolina - Hugh McRae Park.

After a few years, we added another dog in the family and we named Ritter Sport (Miniature Schanuzer, named after the German chocolate bar). He was adopted from South Korea the day before he was scheduled to be euthanized. He loves playing with Oreo and most of all he loves to eat!
From sand, sun, snow and sea... both the dogs love it anywhere we go. It is amazing how this four legged creatures could bring so much love and joy in our family. It is worth our efforts to bring them with us, after all they are family!
