Travel it leaves you speechless, and turns you into a storyteller.

Angkor’s many temples will capture you immediately – the area is truly magical and the atmosphere is one of a kind. If you want to visit Asia, you have to make it a point to go to Cambodia. As soon as we knew that we are moving to Asia, we planned to go first to Cambodia and Vietnam for vacation. We celebrated Brock's birthday here in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It was sweltering hot but the attractions are worth it of our sweat and scorching heat. We left South Korea while its still winter and changing from cold to hot made me sick instantly.

Our villa at the hotel we stayed at. It is strategically located and you can catch a tuktuk in front of the hotel.

Generally, tuktuk is the mode of transportation when touring around Cambodia. You do not need to sign up for group tours or private tours. This is the way to go especially when you are on a budget because you will only pay around $15 to $20 dollars per day. They will take you around all the temples you want, they have a route that you follow. They also accept US dollars anywhere here in Cambodia, how convenient right? The tuktuk drivers are very efficient, they wait for you and even call you among the foreign crowds even from afar when your exiting the temples. You will not get disappointed.

Ta Phrom Temple is well known because of Tomb Raider. Massive fig and silk-cotton trees grow everywhere and gives a jungle like atmosphere.
