My photographs are a medium to myself to give back
and put something into the world for people to enjoy,
in a time where we are predisposed to take, take and take.

We flew from Venice to Amsterdam via EasyJet, a low cost airline in Europe. Sadly, we had to say our goodbyes to my in-laws in Venice, they left from there and back to the US. The best part of Amsterdam for us is, it's a great place to get lost, wander around and discover the not-so-popular sites. It's a very easy place to roam around especially if it's your first time traveling in Europe. This was Brock's third time here in Amsterdam and it was my first.

Amidst the crowd and chaos, I still manage to find you. The feeling of relief that I am now in my safe place *sigh*, and then my heart goes *thump*.

We went around Edam Village, a very pretty and small town. We saw the three distinct icons of Amsterdam: wooden shoes (Zaanse Schans), windmills and cheese.

One of the most popular museum here in Amsterdam is the Rembrandt Museum. Another popular museum is Anne Frank's house. Anne Frank lived in Amsterdam before she was captured to be sent in the Nazi prison. Anne Frank's house turned museum showed how this innocent little girl lived their secret lives for years before being found.

Don't miss the Red Light District in Amsterdam!

Along our random strolls, we found this Chinese restaurant on a small street and deserves a recommendation from us. The Chinese restaurant was so good and the husband definitely enjoyed it. I was craving to eat something Asian and this was great!

We truly enjoyed this city and won't mind coming back!
